Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stay stay was comfortable - with accomodation requests highly considered. Overall experience during our time was extremely positive.
Picked hotel to be near Oracle Park. Son and I came into town to see back to back Giants game. This hotel checked all the boxes and some. We will stay here again.
The room was very clean. The bathroom, however, only had one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth. When we asked for more they brought them up quickly. Parking was not so good. Our trip there was to see a couple of Giants games. The walk to the ballpark was short. Overall, it was a great trip.
We booked this hotel for its proximity to Oracle Park to watch the San Fransisco Giants ballgame. The hotel is only 1 block away from the Park which made it very convenient. The surrounding atmosphere on game days were energetic with lots of people walking on the streets around the Park. There were enough eating places nearby for all times of the day. Our stay here was fun. The only downside about our stay was that our room was on the 11th floor, which was below the rooftop lounge/bar. It got noisy and disruptive late at night and made it difficult to sleep right away. If that doesn't bother you, than the 11th floor rooms should be fine. Otherwise it's recommended that the lower floor levels should be requested for.
There are no dining options close by. Even the Starbucks that was down the street was no l longer there. The hotel is right across the street from Giants ballpark so was nice to just walk across the street.
Limited parking means 10 spaces for the whole hote
Don't count on getting a parking space, they only have 10 spaces for the whole hotel. We had to park at a place across the street for the same price of $80 a night and the car was locked in during the night with no In&Out privileges.
The staff is very friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. We booked a high floor and we're on the 11th with a gorgeous view. The rooftop bar is separate from the hotel so you can't take drinks in or out but the atmosphere was vibrant in the food was good.
