From check in to check out, the staff was amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay feel special. I arrived at almost 6pm after a long day of meetings. The sipping hour ends at 6pm, so the front desk gentleman quickly checked me in and tried to get me a cocktail. When I told him I don’t drink alcohol, he went in back and got a sparkling cider for me. I honestly would have been pleased with just the gesture, but it felt very special to be accommodated like that. Plus, the room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable. My only regret was that I could only stay for one night!

The people in the reception were very good during my trip they gave good recommendations for places to vist especially the guy who worked tbe night shift on Saturday the 31st. Definitely if I ever vist San Francisco again I would stay in this hotel.
