The front desk staff was extremely rude from the very first interaction. Her attitude was inappropriate and completely unnecessary. While the facility itself was acceptable, the poor customer service overshadowed the experience. I will not be returning. There are other affordable places nearby with much friendlier staff. Additionally, parking is very limited and difficult.

Chip on top of porcelain tub. Sharp like a razor blade

Hole ceiling above the shower head. Probably leak from the room above us. Which caused the damage

The room was very clean and in a great location. There is a lot of road noise, but it’s a city after all. Will definitely stay here again for a weekend visit to SF.

It was clean and in good shape. My room weight next to the stairs and the street so it was very loud but I was able to sleep so not too bad. I’d stay again it was a good walking distance to the Warf.
