I was really disappointed with my experience at Cow Hollow Inn & Suites. After checking out, I was charged $350 and accused of taking something from the room, which wasn’t true. There was no communication before the charge, and I had to spend time sorting it out on my own. The stay itself was fine, but the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and stressful. I wouldn’t stay here again because of how poorly it was managed.

We just spent five nights at the Cow Hollow Inn. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. The property is well maintained and scrupulously clean. Staff were pleasant and the location very convenient for shopping and eateries. Great value. We plan to come back next year.

Parking on-site, quick and courteous check-in, immaculate and comfortable rooms. This is perfect for someone on the go, packed SUV, families, etc. But anyone traveling into the city should stay here if available. Breakfast was great. Simple. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean. Perfect stay. This is a perfect hotel for my taste.
