Customer service was great (except for one staff member). The coffee machine downstairs and refillable water bottle machine were awesome. The only complaints I have is that the ice machine is only on one level- so everyone has to take the elevator to it. The rooms were very tiny and did not have a fridge in them. The walls are thin- so don’t expect to sleep well unless you have white noise. Lastly, it’s kind of upsetting that there’s a restaurant downstairs but the hotel doesn’t offer a free item or discount on breakfast. We were told to buy it ahead of time but did not know.
