We had a great quick stay here, hotel was nice and clean, room was super cute and comfortable, check in and check out was super easy and best of all Safe Free parking! Highly recommended this hotel and I love the area, feels very safe. And if you are a Harry Potter fan you must go to the bar across the street Wizards and Wands! It’s magical!!
Close to many restaurants great staff friendly came to the city for a doctors appointment. Had a great dinner and a good night. Sleep could use a new mattress and a little updating in a room otherwise it was great.
We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. Property is at a great location with on site parking that makes it so convenient. Staff was amazing, provided great information for getting around, dining, etc. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay for the area.

The location for this property is its best aspect! We loved that the hotel had a bus stop right outside, and that there were a lot of restaurants/stores on the same road. We also liked having a parking garage included; that was really important because of our car rental.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Pillows could be better but they were functional. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near several transit stops and a few good dining options. Free secured parking.
From check in to check out we had a very wonderful experience at the Chelsea Inn. The parking was Fantastic!! Safe and covered parking for free what could be better.
Our room was very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed our time there. The place was convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was very clean even the halls, the elevator, and the stairwell. We felt safe.
The bathroom had swarm of ants, I mean dozens of ants. We went to the front desk and showed an employee a video of the ants. He said sorry about that and went about his business. My wife and I literally stood there with our luggage for nearly ten minutes before I asked him what could be done. He said he couldn’t do anything for us since we made the reservation through a third party. I then asked why he didn’t say anything to us and let us stand there for ten minutes without any communication, and he remained quiet. I told him he didn’t even offer us a credit or new room, and his response was “you didn’t ask”. All we did was tell him about a serious ant issue, and he showed no concern. This was extremely poor customer service.
