Pretty average, especially for the price we paid (2.5-3x normal) during Super Bowl weekend. Also paid $35/day + tax for amenities - fitness room very sparse without towels or cleaning wipes, even though they recommend cleaning equipment after use. Not sure if there are any other amenities. Maxwell House coffee in room and virtually no bathroom amenities. Only 4 towels. Elevators old. Positives - good ice and filtered water machine on every floor, clean room, comfortable bed, refrigerator and safe in room, and friendly staff. Old elevators. Self parking $55/day plus 14% tax.

It needs a huge update or just a better managerial system since a lot of things were dirty and stained scratched and damaged and moldy. How much instruction once you get there you're pretty much have to figure it out yourself Plus couldn't really understand a person at the front desk

Such an awful experience. Towels smelled bad, replacing them did nothing as it’s an issue of how they wash them. Room had stains on floor and walls. Outside is terrible, unwalkable area, dangerous, noisy. Room next to mine had a speaker at around 11 pm on a weekday- had to go down to the lobby 4 different times and they did nothing so they ultimately switched my room when I came down for the 4th time. Was supposed to be an “upgrade” however was the exact same room. I checked out three nights earlier than my stay was.

The stay was awful. PGE shut off power to the hotel and all amenities were shut off. We came for one night and were super excited about our one night away from our three children to see a play at the Orpheum and the hotel was very lacking. So disappointed. And when we asked about waiving fees or compensation for the room, the hotel said they would discount our parking pass, but we paid full price.
