The staff who work here were all very friendly and helpful. The onsite security made me feel safe during my stay. If I had to complain about anything it would be the carpets need to be cleaned but that is me being extremely picky. I would definitely stay here again!

Showers not working at all. No microwave, no fridge , no clean towels. Had to re use towels. There was even a sign that said to reuse them because they didn’t have enough. Elevators were not working for all three days we were there. People got stuck in the elevator one of the days I was there. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN.

Only one working elevator, the service one...

Multiple elevators did not work. Had a non-fire emergency happened that night dozens of patrons might've been injured or worse. When a friend of mine asked to speak to somebody about the unsafe conditions that having only one working elevator in a 14 story hotel posed she was dismissed. I wish I hadn't spent a cent at that hotel.

Great rates for SF and 450 feet away from the Orpheum Theater. Although they do need to update some of their information (i.e posters in the elevator advertising food/happy hour which there was none of), it was pretty much what we expected. We would stay there again.

Great location for business travel

Wonderful service, nice hotel and staff. Location is a little less than ideal, but the uber/lyft service is easy. I would definitely stay again for a business related travel.

For $630 this was rubbish. The surrounding area is full of addicts and homeless people and feels very unsafe(someone died on the sidewalk as I was leaving ). The room was very basic, lumpy mattress , the bed was on a base on the floor so very low,stained carpets, no soap in the bathroom except in the shower on the wall. Terrible value, rip off just becuse JPMorgan was there . Hope it moves to another city soon - SF is living on past glory and is not a safe place for conferences.

Grotesque Carpets, No Shower Curtain

Carpets are disgustingly stained everywhere, seemed like there was zero attempt at any kind of cable management, there wasn't a plastic/rubber curtain liner in the shower there was literally only a cloth drape so when taking a shower the curtain was SOAKED and dripping all over the floor. The soaps/shampoos smell TERRIBLE and intensely strong, and I left a pair of shorts behind and called the front office 2 times, no one picked up and no one returned my call. AVOID this place at all costs.

We thought the staff was attentive and super kind. The room had a great view. The cleanliness and overall vibe was kind of baseline like an airport hotel. Bummed there was no food. Room was pretty tiny and cramped. Carpet had stains but it was definitely cleaned. Seemed a bit run down overall.
