I was really expecting to use the kiosk and missing the line but after putting in my reservation number and trying to scan my ID several times it said my ID was having a problem being red so I just got in line

Staff was unhelpful. They kept referring to the kiosk. There is a large "resort fee" charge that is returned if you don't use certain facilities. Seems like a good deal until you actually check in. We won't be back.

The staff was great. The carpet in my room either needs deep-cleaning or should be replaced. The elevators smelled of cigarette smoke (kind of disgusting). The swimming poot & jacuzzi closed too early (8pm). We would have appreciated being able to spend time in the jacuzzi after dinner, but no-go.
