A few of the restaurants were closed, so that limited things to one option for late dinner and sit down breakfast. Biggest complaint would be the elevators. It took over a half hour to be able to get up and down to and from our room.

Checkin was fine. The rooms shower had not cold water so could not take super hot shower. Called hotel maintenence and sent someone up. Was told he would take care of it. It s now 11:30 pm After another 20-30minutes the staff called up Said it would take another 30 mnutes. Nothing happened It s now nearing 1AM and I called down and was asked if I wanted to change rooms? of course I said yes so we finalle got our shower around 1:30 am. Why the heck didn't they offer that @ hours earlier???? Don't know if we will stay there in the future.

The room was great no complaints. I was unhappy with the elevator situation. It was very crowded there were things going on that weekend. The elevators took about 10 to 15 mins to get on with it being soo crowded every ride. Not sure if the elevators were out of service but it seemed like only 1 or 2 were working
