Very nice and clean. Helpful at the reception and very kind staff. Easy to park. Wonderful view from the room. The rooms are clean, modern and well stocked. The casino looked wonderful as well. We had a short stay, but we will definitely return on our next visit to Reno.

The check-in staff was very rude and short. The check-out staff were very friendly and upbeat. The bathroom was disgusting. It’s obvious it’s not cleaned. I’m sure they spray it down with sanitizer because they’re required to by law. But they do not clean it. There was soap scum, mildew a dirt ring in the bathtub. The bathtub also didn’t drain. At all. But it was extremely cheap. So I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was nice we really enjoyed the skyline suit in the cedar tower. Most of the staff was very friendly and polite except for one lady my partner had to deal with when her door key card had an issue. Your employee gave my girlfriend attitude when she tried to get a new card cause she was not registered to the room. I blame this on you no one asked me about who else is staying in the room. It would have been nice to know that so we would not have this unpleasant experience.
