I asked for a shower cap and i can't believe that the property doesn't have it. I was really surprise for a new property that having a shower cap. Even the small chain hotels have shower cap. Front desk cusromer service needs improvement.

Really easy check-in. Didn’t know about the $100 deposit at check in but it I was ok making the deposit. Everything was clean. Security everywhere including the parking lot. Loved it and will definitely be staying again

The hotel seems nice when you drive up. I stayed on the 12th floor and the smell of the smoke from the casino floor carries all the way up there. The fridge in my room had be unplugged because of a loud buzzing noise. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Parking late at night could be a bit of a problem.

Our stay was so nice. We usually stay on the main street but were so happy staying a couple streets away. Very quiet and very nice rooms. Very clean and a super comfy bed. Would come back again.
