Hotel and casino were both clean and new looking, with no stale smoke smell. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous. The rewards program is more generous than I have encountered at other casinos. Nice variety though f dining options (including a buffet). Our double queen room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaints: No bedspread on bed (just a sheet and thin blanket) and the casino does not have “real” craps.

Our stay at J Resort was mostly enjoyable, but it ended on a disappointing note due to how a medical situation involving my wife was handled. Although we were already back in our room and fully cooperative, we were asked to leave the property, and the interaction lacked professionalism and discretion. Being denied privacy to gather our belongings added stress to an already difficult moment. I hope the resort considers additional training on handling sensitive situations with empathy and care.
