They don’t seem to have enough Housekeeping staff. We stayed four nights and requested room service, twice we didn’t get any type of service. We had to call the front desk to request towels. The other time when they did service the room it wasn’t until late afternoon/evening.

Got to the room and had no towels. Stayed the weekend and our trashed and towels were never cleaned. Room was nice but they need to pay attention to their guest more. Had to call twice to get clean towels because no o e ever showed up.

Hotel is fine and nicely remodeled. Rooms are quite large. We were there during hot August nights and feel parking lot was being used by non betel guest. Dedicated hotel parking would be nice. No valet either. Gaming tables are Lilith casino floor mainly slots. There was a complaint with pillows being way too big. Two people in our group purchased pillows at Costco.

The staff is awesome! Room service is not offered. There are no tea bags in the room, but there is coffee. The buffet was horrible. Hannah's table advertised baked ziti, it was not baked, it was soupy and bread was not given or an option. The eggs Benedict was pretty good though.
