Room was clean, very friendly staff, felt safe at the hotel and on the grounds – – overall a pleasant stay. If I’m being nitpicky, I’d say I was shocked at a hotel like this not having a mini fridge in the room. Our leftovers from our dinner ended up being spoiled since we had nowhere to keep them overnight. My son also forgot his razor, and I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have complementary razors and such for guests. Instead, they sent him to the little hotel store where he spent $4 on a disposable razor. These are just small things that could make a stay even better for guests.

Easy check in. Clean room. We did have a clog in the shower, but called the front desk and maintenance was there within minutes and fixed the problem!! Overall, great experience.

Had a constant problem with the room key. It would flash green but it would not unlock the lock. Would have to go down to the front desk to have the card recalibrated. This happened repeatedly throughout our time at the resort. Very upsetting and frustrating. Also the air conditioner during the evening was disturbingly noisy. Unable to sleep soundly and comfortably.

Loved the room we stayed in. Although not enough lights which made the room dark. Buffet was overpriced. My mom found the crab way too salty. Not enough soup selections and the food was luke warm.

Loved J resort didn't care for Reno

We haven't been to Reno for many years. Wasn't sure what to expect. Loved your resort but not real crazy about Reno. It seems like Reno is taking a dive. The town looks run down.

Property was clean staff was great. My only dislike is the cigarette smoke that you have to walk through to get to the elevators. There shod be a seperate entrance for the resort. If there is i didnt see it you have to go through the casino.
