I am writing to follow up regarding our recent stay. We spoke with the manager, Charlotte, who agreed that a refund would be issued due to the condition of the rooms.
The initial room had no air conditioning, the fan was not working properly, and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, possibly due to mould. Although Charlotte kindly assisted us in swapping rooms, the second room also had an air conditioning unit that was not functioning properly.
Given these issues and the agreement we reached with Charlotte, we would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.
