Excellent breakfast and no lobby or winding down area. Room is very comfortable and good sized. Location excellent if want to be next to Manchester Uni else better to be in the city centre though it’s only 15 mins drive away.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff were wonderful. I Would have given a five star review, if they had not entered my room when I had the do not disturb sign on my door. When I spoke to the front desk they were very flippant. Like it was no big deal.

We got upgraded to a beautiful room on the 10th floor with city views. Everything from check in to the room was wonderful. Excellent customer service with a friendly smile. Comfy king size bed, Nespresso in the room, bottled water at arrival, sleepers and robes, a very modern shower… We loved it! It was only 1 night after dropping our son at the Uni of Nottingham coming from US and before taking a flight to Porto to start our vacation, but we’d highly recommend and would be happy to return. Walkable location - we took an easy walk from the train station and then to city center and the oldest pub Willington for fish and chips thru a lively vibrant Manchester. Uber to Airport. Great first impression of the city! Hyatt Regency did not disappoint 🙂 Many thanks!

A very good, comfortable hotel, nice comfortable room, good restaurant with plenty of choice, ideally situated for our needs, excellent staff, very helpful, we didn't use the gym or spa facilities, we would stay there again.
