The hotel is currently under renovation, there is no elevator, the toilet would not flush properly even after maintenance came to fix it. Bedroom area was renovated BUT the bathroom was not. Cracked tiles with stains on them and an old tub shower combo . I would not recommend this hotel in its current state

Extremely noisy air condition making it hard to sleep or being in the room. Cold white lamp and ceiling lights making it feel like you are in a doctors office. Long line at chrckin. Too expensive for the experience

The website listed that you were under construction, it did not state that the hot tub would be out of order (in fact it promoted your pool and hot tub), in addition, the hot plate was not working in the room, which is the reason why we got a kitchen suite. The swimming area was dirty, we saw a used bandaid with blood stains by the pool all 3 days, which is clear that no maintenance was being conducted and no cleaning. There was no parking and it was almost impossible to catch any housekeeping for towels or any other items. The washroom door in our room had a brocken lock and broken toilet paper roll. This place has decreased in quality significantly and NOT because of your claimed renovations, but the level of service and quality is definitely a reason not to stay or recommend your hotel to anyone every again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, which is why my husband, kids, and I chose to stay here again for seven nights. Which has cost us over $2300 … Unfortunately, this time was terrible from start to finish. The hotel is clearly rundown and in desperate need of maintenance and deep cleaning. The carpets throughout look dirty, and the overall condition is poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned for the first four days, despite us repeatedly asking the front desk to send someone. They would promise it would be done, but each evening we returned to find it exactly as we had left it. We booked a room for four, but only received a couple of pillows. When we requested more, we were told the hotel was fully booked and there weren’t enough pillows for everyone. The same story with towels, they were “short on towels” and couldn’t provide them on time. The pullout bed had dirty sheets that clearly weren’t changed, and to make things worse, there was a bug on them. Every time we called the front desk, we received a different answer or excuse. Upon arrival, we learned the hot tub was closed indefinitely for maintenance, and during our stay, the pool was also closed for a day. The only positive about this hotel, and the reason we’ve stayed here before is its location. It’s close to plenty of dining and shopping options. Sadly, that’s no longer enough to make up for the awful service and poor condition of the property. We won’t be returning unless major changes are made.

Pool was not functional for entire 2 nights stay. During checkout, reception agreed to offer 20% compensation. They said that it will be via. Expedia. Nothing came back. I trust expedia and have alway used them for my bookings, I hope they should be proactive on such matter else we may go for direct booking.

Well, where do I start? I definitely have a few complaints. First, there was a DND sign on my door(it was there my entire stay), and a man, supposedly housekeeping, enters my room, while I’m in the shower, at 8pm. As a single woman, this made me very uncomfortable and feel unsafe. What hotel ever does housekeeping at 8pm? Also who legally is allowed to enter the room with a DND sign?! Completely unacceptable! I asked for fresh sheets… they reek of men’s cologne, have the dryer sheet still in them, and a clump of hair. There was McDonalds trash sitting on the decorative counter outside the elevator for 3 days, no one cleaned it. Rooms are nothing like the pictures, outdated, nasty, mold, mangled furniture ( even in the “newer” tower where I stayed). The shower doesn’t drain, the shower walls and edges were never cleaned. Hair and muck everywhere. The water goes cold fast. The whole place is under construction, no amenities, the rooms are falling apart (the construction was not mentioned when booking). The ice machine and elevator were directly outside my room, extremely noisy. Being woken up every 30 minutes to people scooping ice was the cherry on top. Location is decent with lots of options for food, but it’s still about 15 mins from downtown($18 uber ride). Definitely disappointed.
