The hotel, staff and facilities were all great. Considering their location right next to the highway the road light and noise did not affect our sleep and I’m a very light sleeper. The only unfortunate thing was the adjacent streets east of the property seemed to have a less than savoury population which was unfortunate for the nearby restaurants, as I probably wouldn’t take my kids through there again, lest they witness something adult, illegal or illicit. The park next to the lake is lovely and the promenade along it takes you to a lively restaurant and shopping district which is much more family friendly.

There were some maintenance issues which I reported and they said they'd take care of it after we'd checked out. I would rather then be done while we were there so we didn't have to deal with broken things. Recently renovated so it was lovely inside. Very central and locations is great. It is noisy though.

Excellent all around. There is a building under construction on one side of the building so that can be loud during working hours, but the hotel has provided ear plugs if it's disturbing..but it isn't an issue because the construction ends at the end of the work day...it wouldn't stop me from staying there again...

The staff were very accommodating and my room was very clean. Low pressure shower heads provided the only negative experience. It felt like showering with a styrofoam cup. There is heavy traffic in the area that literally rumbles the building but that is not the fault of the hoteliers. Great central location that is close to Kelowna’s Central Park and lakefront walking path. Thanks for the kind and professional services. I enjoyed my stay.

The King sized bed seemed filled wiht straw our maybe simply worn out. Didnt get much sleep. For seniors the shower bath tub trecherous no bath mat or any safety handles whatsoever!

A bunch of dirt came out of the vent and onto one of the beds in the room. I phoned down to have them clean the sheets as it was quite gross, but they never did clean them when we got back to our room.
