Our stay was from Fri at 4pm to Sat at 11am and were charged 2 days of parking. Hot tub was cold. And a late checkout (1 hr) was $35. Personally would not recommend for the price. Also a glass of wine and a spirit at the bar was $27 before tip. As a local I just feel they could be more accountable.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. Lots of parking, decently sized room, balcony, nice shower, wonderfully hot water and soft towels. Did not try the pool or either restaurant/bar, as this place is in the heart of downtown, very close to the beach, marina and a ton of food options. Will definitely stay here again!

The noise from Harvey Road is quite loud all night. The hotel provides earplugs which says a lot. Also, they have carpet beetles. The bed is comfy tbough.

Had a great stay for my sisters bachelorette, hotel was very accommodating in letting us check in early as our flight to Kelowna got in around 10am, we had access to 1 room right away so we could store our bags. They left a bottle of wine and card for my sister to congratulate her. And when we were leaving as we didn’t fly out until 5pm they let us store our bags at the front desk. Rooms were clean, pillows were great. Close to the park, beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend Prestige Beach House to friends and family and will return for sure!

Overall stay was pretty good. Older property but rooms were clean, a/c unit in the room was good and quiet). Location was perfect as it’s right across from the water, right next to the bridge to get to West Kelowna, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the downtown area. For the rate, this property was just ok. Little things like having to pay for parking, the body wash dispenser being empty, aged feel of the rooms, an uninspiring view…contributed to an average stay.

We did not use any of the amenities, pool etc but I was very surprised to find how quiet it was despite its location. Great walking distance to downtown Kelowna, we walked to Prospera Place in 12-15 mins. Will stay here again

Great location

It was a great stay and the location for me given my family is in the vicinity is excellent for walking as I have no vehicle when I’m here. The one thing I would ask for is if you could put decent sized coffee mugs in the room….not those 2 oz espresso cups…it such a nuisance to have to top up you tea after 3 sips. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Not bad. Staff was not excellent.

Place is clean. So that's number one. You get what you see. Beds are ok. TV is extremely limited. But the staff left something to be desired. One or two great ones, but generally nobody willing to really help or go out of their way. They make you wait before you are even acknowledged. You just feel like you are putting them out when your key stops working and you need a fix. Service staff can make all the difference.
