This property really has location going for it. Its a great location that is easily walkable to downtown, and hot sandy beach. The hotel itself is a bit dated, the ac in the room leaked so we had to put a towel underneath, and the parking at the hotel is not included, so thats an additional charge which seemed odd. Walls are a bit thin, so heard all the kids running up and down the hallways in the mornings and the drunken stumblers at night. But overall it was a good stay, if you plan to be out and about, on the beach and downtown, and just using the place to crash, its a great option.

Great location and the staff are great. This hotel is like a quaint boutique hotel. A little run down but overall that doesn’t make the stay any different! If I were to stay again I'd get a 2 bed room because the room is much larger than the king room.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in average condition, which is reasonable for a 3-star property. Its downtown Kelowna location is excellent—within walking distance of lots of fun activities. Overall, a decent and convenient stay for the price.

The hotel is in a great location, but is very dated and dirty. The rooms had a musty smell, and the shower was grimy, didn’t enjoy taking a shower. I would not stay here again, despite the location.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room is spacious for a family of 5. Great location. It's just walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and parks. The staff and service were excellent. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kelowna.

We love this hotel. And we loved its location. It was a few minutes walk from the lake and from great restaurants. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I had a bit of an issue with Expedia and that I booked about eight hotels in July, but for some reason This hotel got booked in June. This is about the third time that I’ve picked a date within the Expedia app and then when I clicked on a hotel, it was a different date. I called Expedia and they said it was nonrefundable. I was horrified. I was in Texas and I wanted to book this hotel in July and I ended up booking it for the next day in June! Thankfully, when I called the hotel, they were extremely accommodating and changed my dates, even though Expedia wouldn’t.
