Little gem of a hotel

We booked the two bedroom suite, and it was awesome. Lots of room for all of us kitchenette was filled with what we needed. Great value for the size of a room you get when you book the two bedroom suite.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel due to a completely unnecessary late-night phone call from the front desk. At around 11:50 PM, we received a call asking if we needed a blanket—despite never having made such a request. This call woke up my entire family, completely disrupting our sleep. It was frustrating and unacceptable, especially when traveling with children. A hotel should prioritize guest comfort, and this kind of disturbance is the opposite of hospitality. Would not recommend this hotel, as even thinking about this experience still makes me upset.

The bed was absolutely amazing. Super comfy and after a long day of traveling I was very grateful. I checked in at 1130pm and it was speedy and easy. Was happy to see they had snacks and drinks for sale at the counter as well. I will stay here anytime I need a hotel in Kelowna.

Cleaning could have been better. There was hair in the tub and dust on the desk and bedside table. The property is very loud. I could hear the folks in the room next to me the entire stay. It was so loud that at some point I thought they had entered my room.
