I had the best time! The pool and hut tub were great! Staff were very accommodating! This is my new spot in Kelowna because of how pet friendly they were!

Our room (100) had new flooring and was pet friendly. The mattress was a bit "tired", with little support. The bathroom had a big dent in the tub, and the baseboards need a touch up of paint. Otherwise, more than adequate for an overnight stay. On the plus side - spotlessly clean! The breakfast was adequate. The toaster failed to toast bread, despite running it though twice. Another patron had the same problem with the Eggo's pancakes.
