Friendly staff, quick check-in at the reception, clear and detailed explanation regarding do and don’t. Clean surroundings- from lobby to rooms and kitchen. i recommend the place.

The motel was located in a decent area but as it was old it had poor noise cancellation and as it had window ac units they were noisy. The rooms were decent size but the beds were not comfortable and the washroom had old fittings. Clean rooms and good staff but old and noisy. The ability to bring our doggie was a bonus.

We have stayed at this property 2 times in the last year and a half. One time the hot tub was out of service. This time the pool was down for maintenance. Also this time we could not get the TV working. I failed and the girl at the front desk could not resolve the problem. I am not sure I will say again. Disappointed in the services. The rest was good.

The property is older with very few updates over the years. Cleanliness was good and a good location for shopping and dining. No elevator for second floor so tough on seniors.

Great accommodation at Dilworth.

The room was very comfortable and clean.The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The location is very ideal to go to the mall. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Both of the receptionist loved my dog.

The place is very easy to get to and also close enough to everything that it was easy to get to our destinations. The hot tub was HOT, so if you have a low tolerance be careful. Staff were helpful and pleasant The negative was - the pool was close for maintenance; our shower valve control was broken so it was hard to turn it on. Parking is around back and a bit narrow, but enough space for everyone
