Staff was helpful, rooms are dated with less than idea cleaning standards. It seemed like a pet had been in the room as there was quite a bit of hair tracked around from socks to bedsheets. Stained curtains, carpet edging pulling away from the wall. Breakfast was minimal wth no fresh options. Coffee was decent.

Great service Franco at front desk was very helpful. The only drawback was poor wifi signal which affected zoom meetings. The restaurant in the hotel was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The manager came into my room unprecedented and escorted my guest that was watching my room while I went to get cigarettes because they wouldn’t give me another key, out of the building. Completely weird staff. Have never experienced something like this before

It was a big property with many amenities available to the guest. The room size is adequate. Staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant Moon wok attached to the hotel is a great choice for guests who just had a long drive. Breakfast room is small and food options are limited. Thank you.
