The pillows were good. The room is, well, roomy! Their in-room coffee was actually drinkable, the bed was comfortable. The toilet was a bit low, but that's par for the course in most hotel rooms. The bed(s) should have a night table and lamp on both sides of the bed.But that's not a deal breaker. Their Christmas decorations were very nice! This is our hotel of choice when staying in Kamloops for the weekend. Highly recommend!

Taken over by East Indians. They must have fired all the good staff. The food and service at Romeo’s was horrid! All new staff there as well! Fired all the Canadians and brought their own people in. Blatant racism discrimination!!!!
