We booked double queen size bed (standard 203cm by 152cm) room and upon on check in, the room we got is clearly double bed size (we measured 130cm width) we been sleep on queen size for years so we definitely know the difference . After we bring this issue to the reception, she ask us to contact Expedia and keep saying they have their own queen size standard (not shown on their official website) and would make no compensation for it. She told us if we want bigger bed, we have to pay 200 more to get a king size. We eventually get a single king size instead of double queen size bed after 1 hour of talking. But she don’t feel sorry about it at all and make us looks like on the wrong side while this hotel is clearly lying and give double size as queen size. Customer are supposed to get what they paid for. Be honest

The property is under construction which was disappointing. Needed laundry facilities and they were not available. The front desk employee at check in was rude upon check-in to me and other guests looking for additional information. Would not stay there again!
