Wasn’t pleased with the process when you book online and your shower doesn’t work and it is “non refundable” not sure how your broken shower should be on Expedia ? Wouldn’t book again there

Great clean simple, helpful staff, kind check in. Laundry facility on site and restaurant right next door with specials for hotel guests. Large breakfast display , kids would love the French toast. Please get a couple extra luggage carts so each lobby has at least 2 or 3. Very easy parking. Absolutely recommended.

Everything was average-good except for the pool. One of the pools was closed and the other one, in the main/check-in building was open and waaay too crowded with very rowdy. Clean pool towels were not being restocked. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast fenomenal! Great selection. The hot tub was not hot and the jets were broken and this was what we were really looking forward to. 12 kids in pool with yelling and jumping unsupervised . Parents were out on back porch area where it says keep door closed visiting and drinking adult beverages. I did complain but it should not have had to be me to complain as they all knew it was me since my husband left and we came back the next day and they were a bit quieter and only one parent came to watch the kids.

Toilet didn’t work, asked to fix to be told a maintenance would come never did during two days of stay. Breakfast ran out of hot food and staff eating whilst this in a side room. Told I would get back $50 on leave however was given a voucher!
