Really easy check in, friendly reception staff, clean rooms and very well equipped with everything you would need. I was extremely impressed with the laundry room service as I had stained a couple of pieces of clothing and needed to get them washed before travelling.

A comfortable stay in central Birmingham

A very nice hotel, the suites had a kitchen which was well equipped, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast was self service with lots of choice.

comfortable and big sized room, with kitchenette. location is perfect right in the heart of town. no parking at the hotel but they have a car park 8min away the guests can use at a discounted rate. breakfast was actually better than I expected. all in all we would stay again.

Positive stay

Nice stay good staff and good breakfast. Room smelt odd but perhaps previous occupier had been cooking with spices. A little tired in places but would stay again. Great value and location for us
