One night stay for my mums 83rd birthday, location is perfect, right next to New Street Station. The rooms we were allocated were spacious and quiet. The breakfast was amazing too!
The room was clean, well-equipped and large so value for money in that respect. It appears to be the old Britannia Hotel and is looking a bit dated. Handy for the Central Station making it easy to get around but the immediate area is not particularly nice, especially later at night so be prepared and have your wits about you!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the MacDonald Burlington Hotel. It is conveniently across the street from the train station, but the room is very quiet. It is central in town, making the walk to various tourist sites, restaurants, shopping, etc. easy. Very friendly and helpful staff.
A one night stay whilst attending a concert. Very friendly and welcoming staff during my whole stay. Room very clean and bed very comfy. Breakfast was plentiful in quantity and variety of offerings. Cooked breakfast was great and served hot.
Surprisingly little noise considering its located right next to a main station. Also very convenient for B:Music (Symphony Hall)
