This hotel is lovely to stay in. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, one lady really stands out and her her name is lisa, also Shane is very good. We will Definitely be back to stay in September. Thankyou to all that work here.

I really enjoyed my stay.The staff were friendly and very welcoming. I loved the fresh flowers on the reception desk.The chalk blackboard showing the names of the staff for each shift in different colours.Giving a personal touch. It was a really relaxing environment to be in ,all the members of staff I saw appeared happy and smiley. Lovely I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you💐🌸🌼🌺

Not bad but could be better…

I chose this hotel for its affordability, only needing a basic place to sleep and wash, so my expectations were minimal. Unfortunately, the room wasn't clean; both the floor and desk furniture were dirty, and the drains had a strong, offensive smell when I arrived. I even had to buy bleach to clear the odour from the sink, shower, and toilet. Despite these issues, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was both good and reasonably priced.

They're extremely kind and they got in charge of the problems I went through because of the international travel I was set for. Even from afar I've grasped their motivation and this means that as soon as I move back to Brum again my preference will undeniably drive me to this gentle space and the humans who run it
