Not great - smallest bathroom ever

Check-in was fine, can't fault the staff. There are lifts which is useful. However, the room doesn't have tea or coffee facilities and we found it really weird that the shower and sink are both in the same room as the bed, rather than being in a separate bathroom, which there is room for. Additionally, the toilet is crammed into a little room and there was feces on the wall, which I had to clean off - gross. We're glad we only stayed one night.

Over all the stay was nice 👍 had a little trouble with the key card but reception staff was very helping and courteous. The Toilet in the room could use a little sorting out doesn’t flush very well 100% but it does after a few flushes maybe maintenance should check it out. The vending machine gave me a bit of trouble but eh security guy assisted me and I got my sprite to drink. Well I like the price paid for my stay hope to book this same hotel when I come back to Birmingham again. My rating on a scale of 1-100 I give this hotel An 80% Start rating wise from 0-6 stars I give it a 4.75 stars But Again thanks to the staff and Management for the hospitality. Cheers

Very disappointing

I know it is cheap but there were groups of young men that were intimidating and watched where my daughter was and where her room was. My husband couldn't sleep for worrying. If you can afford a better place do it.
