Holiday Inn very welcoming. Near Broad Street which was perfect for the concert we were going to. Plenty of eating and drinking places. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast was included which was a bonus, very good choice of hot and cold food. Twin room was very clean and bathroom very modern. Will definitely go back.

The room was nice until we noticed the pubic hairs in the bed and on the side!!! Receptionist couldn't care less and only took a photo of the photo I took, didn't even call the manager! My 14 year old brother found this and he was absolutely traumatised. I tried to contact the property to no avail, I spoke with customer service on hotels.com and they also couldn't get through to the hotel. Absolutely terrible customer service and dirty rooms DO NOT BOOK

Great location and comfortable clean room. Fantastic included breakfast with lots of choice and good quality. Only downside was that they didnt have a double room available and despite asking if we'd like a room on a higher floor, could only offer one on the third floor. Minor niggles in an otherwise very comfrtable stay.
