Great hotel, clean tidy rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and walking distance to the City Centre. Only complaint was that when booking I was told there wasn’t parking, but there is a parking garage literally 100 yards away

Check in was easy. The room was clean and functional. Room as on 9th floor and was very quiet throughout the night. Breakfast in the morning was busy despite going down at the suggested time. The hot breakfast wasn't great except for the bacon. Sausages hard and overcooked. Hash browns sloppy and egg and beans cold.

Was great location for the Utilita Arena ,Birmingham New Street Station and pubs and clubs around Central Birmingham, the only drawback for myself was that i didnt see Wifi advertised or made aware of,its very possible that Wifi was in use and i missed using it apart from that an enjoyable stay ,polite and friendly staff and a decent selection at the breakfast buffet

A really great modern hotel finished to a high standard. Particularly impressed with the space saving design. Bed was comfy, staff were great and the breakfast was spot on.
