Fantastic stay.

Absolutely brilliant stay at Hampton by Hilton. The staff were amazing, friendly and new the rules around my assistance dog (which makes a change as a lot of the hotels I stay in think of her as a pet and either try to restrict my access to certain areas or try to charge for her). I will definitely stay again

Television did not work and diry manager said there was nothing she could do to rectify this. Ww paid nesrly £300 for a room with no working tv. Even budget hotels provide these or fix things that dont work but Hilton do not

Worth every cent

For the money it’s worth every cent. The rooms could do with some paint around the ceiling lights in the room I was in but apart from that the rooms are lovely and breakfast is very nice.

Usual standard that you would come to expect of Hampton Hilton. Staff were very helpful and friendly, facilities good. It’s right on Broad Street so as you would expect the surrounding area is very very busy at night!

Great hotel choice for Birmingham

I've stayed here and at other Hamptons and they are consistently excellent. Check in process was easy, we were offered a quieter room. Roof top parking also an added bonus. Breakfast selection excellent and good quality. Staff were seen constantly cleaning.

Good Location for ICC

Easy to locate, friendly staff and room was well stocked. My only frustrations were with the lifts - only 2 serve the car park and they were not always the ones that turned up!

Hotel was really accessible from the train station, within walking distance. The staff were amazing, really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The quietist hotel we have ever stayed in, couldn’t hear any outside noise from room, which was amazing. Only downside the beds, they did tend to squeak. But again the breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and waiting staff were very attentive. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded expectations. It is quite an ordinary city hotel - but the room was comfortable and quiet, staff were excellent, breakfast (buffet) was perfectly acceptable and the hotel has its own convenient parking. Parking isn't cheap, but if you get a decent room rate and know that parking is charged, it still works out OK. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, and some food is available at the hotel. We would definitely stop here again for a short stay in Birmingham.

We chose this hotel as we were going to an event at the Utilita Arena, which was a 10 minute walk away. Hotel has (paid) parking, with easy access. Rooms are good, bed a bit hard for me but not too bad. Best thing were the staff, all that we spoke to were super friendly - really lovely
