The room was very clean, curtains needed repairs to them and rehanging. First breakfast was lukewarm and the scrambled egg was awful.

Not the best experience sadly. The bed is very uncomfortable, the cleaners did not clean the room despite confirming that they will do it. One of the staffs at the reception was lovely and arrange for towels. The breakfast was a massive let down, hot meals were a bit cold, the choices were limited, coffee was terrible, the only milk alternative was soya.

Breakfast was brilliant but had issue with a staff member who snatched the pick up tongues from me because my wife thinks some sausages might have been halal unbeknown to me they were not labled as such hence i didnt know , i was quite upset that i may have upset some cultures inadvertantly.

The rooms are lovely and clean. Only issue was there was a fire alarm which delayed us going to breakfast and then at 10:50 (10 minutes before checkout) we went all the way to the top on 17th floor to find our room key didnt work. Got it sorted but inconvenient given we were on the top floor. Other than that its a great hotel. Lots of choice at breakfast but needs a different way to keep food warm as it was cold by the time we got to our table.

Rooms were clean, secured access to hotel with room keys to elevators and entrance in, complementary breakfast had a variety of options (just wish tables weren’t so close together so you could move a little more freely when carrying trays to your table), but there is a £15 parking fee. Overall, I would stay here again.
