Another lovely stay at Hampton by Hilton.

Bees were comfy, sofa bed was very springy and not comfortable. They’ve also changed their handwash and shower gel etc, the previous brand was amazing and the scent was unforgettable but I think the new range is supposed to be more eco friendly. I love this hotel and will continue to book Hampton by Hilton because of their quality and cleanliness and ofcourse the free breakfast with free waffles. The parking price has also been increased to £15pn. Nick at reception was so lovely and extended my check out time without the additional charge. Thank you so much!

Disappointing an get better for same spend near by

Arrived and room was not ready for us. I’d called ahead today we’d be arriving late and had booked about 6 weeks in advance, beds were really hard, but rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was low quality food and just a mess and a. It of a free for all. Not really the staff’s fault. Someone set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night.. not really when we expect from a Mariot..I would ‘t book this one again..

Hampton in August

Very happy with our stay at the Hampton. Positives: Room was spacious and clean. Great to have air con. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location. Plenty to choose for breakfast. Negatives: Bed was too hard. Breakfast room was carnage as there was no crowd control.

An excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staffs especially the young man who can speak Cantonese, he gave us some tips for traveling in Birmingham which is very useful! Cleanliness room having all things we needed; good location with a walking distance to town center and lovely delicious breakfast! Will definitely come back again when we needed.

I booked the wrong date after a long delayed. flight and arriving at 2AM with a 1 year old. I was told by the check in staff that they will squeeze us in that night and then work with Expedia on a refund. I have received no help from them to get the refund on the error of the night after I paid MORE to stay with them for only a few hours and Expedia has not been helpful at all. Severely disappointed in the experience. That said, our room was clean.
