Stayed here a few times before and it's very convenient for New Street, the city centre and with secure parking in the nearby Mailbox. It's basic but comfortable bed. The nearby Grand Central Kitchen is great for breakfast!

Tiny room. See through bathroom with no lock.

Twin room. Barely any space to move around beds. No wardrobe. See through bathroom/toilet with no lock and big gaps so you can see through. Also bathroom was v small. Not worth the price we paid off £80 per night. Single beds felt small (not wide /narrower than a normal single but mattress was comfortable though. bu Wouldn't stay again unless much cheaper and not sharing a room

This hotel is easy to walk to from Birmingham Main Street Station and very inexpensive. I was attending a business meeting at the International Conference Centre which was a ten minute walk away. The bedroom was comfortable and perfect for my needs and although it lacked windows it was quiet with good facilities and perfect for a good night’s sleep

Delivered well above the price point... Location was excellent but hadn't stayed in this chain for expected cheap and cheerful, bare minimum and functional but received a warm and friendly welcome, room was clean and tidy and just what we needed for one night
