Check in was delayed(due to maintenance, fair enough), computers froze I think, queues, guests told to get their own bags from storage(this should never happen), guests got frustrated, ambivalent management. Draught on 4th floor, whistling breeze through the door all night. A really poor experience.

Check in for our one night stay was easy and we were pleased with the room, it was bigger than we expected for a city room with a small sofa and table so it was nice to put our feet up and have a cuppa! There were lots of plug sockets and usb (large and small) which was great to charge our phones and watches. The bathroom was clean with lovely complimentary shower gels etc. If I was nit-picking I would say that the lighting was a bit dim and the aircon was a bit noisy but nothing that stopped us enjoying our stay. We really appreciated being able to store our bags safely while we went shopping after check out. The staff are a real asset to the hotel, all very polite, pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

Room was clean, comfy bed, slept well. Breakfast was good and great location. The only reason I give 3 stars is because there were 2 robes hanging in the bathroom, both were wet, felt like they were used by previous guests, it wasn't just a bit of a splash from the shower, most of them were soaked. So not great for the price we paid for the room. Also shower plug was clogged, water drain needs unblocking.

Room was very nice, clean and everything worked. View was bit odd, looking into tax office windows. Breakfast was very good. Wanted for nothing and all hot and fresh. Nice to see someone cooking the eggs in front of you. Bar area was lovely and nice to see security checking people in late at night.

We stayed for one night, having chosen the hotel for it's location near to the Utilita Arena. The room itself was clean but there were 2 plates of half eaten pizza outside our room on arrival which did not make a good first impression. We booked a room for 3 adults and the room was comfortable and spacious enough for 3. Unfortunately the hotel had only provided 2 sets of towels, robes, mugs, biscuits, teabags etc which was disappointing. The bar area was nice and the Bar/Reception staff were friendly and helpful (providing the third set of items after we requested them). We had a nice stay and probably would stay again if in the area.
