We loved this hotel and will definitely be back. The service was great & the room was so functional and so nice. It was like being at an apartment. Private, quiet, and very spacious and clean.

Everything was good. Great staff and service. Only issue is the last couple of days of our stay a group of partygoers moved in beside us. They were smoking dope playing loud music, drinking till early hours of the morning…serveral complaints were made to the front desk to get them quieted down, to no avail. Asked that a manager call me, no one did. It was a poor experience to what was otherwise a nice stay. It’s really too bad management doesn’t take the concerns of longer term guests more seriously.

We were excited to stay here. The pool area was nice and heated. What was disappointing was the cost of food on property and the fact that we got a room with the tv not working. I called down to let them know because we had promised kids pizza and a movie. They kept saying some one would be coming and 60 minutes later still no one. I called back twice and the first time the person at the front desk said they would call me back to let me know what time they would be coming and she never did so I tried calling down again to them front desk and maintence and no one picked up and I never received a call back. I think that could have been an easily fixed issue. We gave up and just went to bed since my kids were getting tired.
