What a treat! We arrived on the Clipper V and the hotel was immediately across the street when we disembarked! The staff was also able to get us a room EARLY (I’m sure luck also played a part) and our room smelled freshly renovated! Staff was top notch which was the cherry on top! We originally picked this location based on their gym options but it was the whole experience that made it so memorable!

Wonderful 25th Anniversary night away

We had a wonderful time. We were celebrating 25th Anniversary. Our room was upgraded to a suite. With a great view. We were treated to a free dessert at the Fathom restaurant, plus given a box of inhouse made assorted chocolates. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for its outstanding service.

This was our first time at hotel grand pacific and we were blown away. The hotel has a pool plus kids play pool. It is within walking distance to many local visitor shops and activities. Very quiet location considering its busy location. Valet parking was only 7$ and the valet drivers are very knowledgeable and fast
