We love the location and the staff are very friendly and accommodating . The room was clean and we liked the double sinks . The bed was very uncomfortable , but we were only there two nights so it wasn’t too bad . We visited the restaurant and lounge and had a lovely time .

The Hotel Grand Pacific was a very pleasant, well kept hotel. The rooms had good beds, nice decor with some actual colour in it, not all beige and grey! The staff were very efficient and helpful, brunch at the Fathom restaurant was delicious and not overly expensive. There were free bikes, a good gym, and a pool and whirlpool - a bit heavy on the chlorine. Location was excellent - we could walk everywhere - lots of good restaurants and shops close by. Right on the harbour so it was fun watching the ferries and planes come and go. A bit noisy on the weekend as there was a wedding in the hotel - we were on the second floor and could hear the music below us. Probably quiet mid week. Were pleased with the 5 EV chargers in the parking lot, but the Wifi wasn't weak down there and we couldn't connect easily - had to go down the street to Flo. Otherwise a really good stay, and we would recommend and return.
