Great hotel. Lovely large bright room. Good location for the Inner Harbour and easy walks into Downtown or James Bay. Parking onsite which is perfect although you are charged a fee on top of the room rate.

Fantastic service. Great location

This was a 3 night stay. Hotel is located in a beautiful location next to a Marina. There is a walking path that takes you to Victoria. The room had a nice view and the beds were very comfortable. The service from the front desk to the restaurant was outstanding and very welcoming. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Victoria.

It was a well appointed hotel. The staff were very friendly. They found out it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we were welcomed in our room with a beautiful floral arrangement and some chocolates. Very impressed and. thankful.

I was never able to stay at the property due to a passport issue but was charged for the full stay anyway even after seeking a refund. A fairly large sum was lost in the process. Very disappointed in the lack of flexibility despite the request happening shortly after booking. Expedia did try to help but it was unclear just how hard the customer service rep tried as I was not able to hear the conversation. I will be very hesitant to use services again.

The view from our Coastal King room was fantastic! Ships and boats passed by and seaplanes took off and landed. The room was modern and the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. We would stay here again!
