The elevator didn't stop on our floor but everything else was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the coffee was excellent and the location was so convenient. Our room looked out over the harbour; what a glorious view.

Elevators weren’t working for certain floors including pool area, which meant you had to awkwardly go through the lobby. Rooms clean - bidet feature lovely Shuttle service appreciated Paying for parking as a hotel guest was insulting. Daily rate is 15. Restaurant guests park for free. Hotel patrons pay $26 a day on top of already very expensive rooms.
