The driveway full of cars for a long time. Only one elevator working the four days staying in the hotel. Plus the employers were on strike and my room had no service for two days.

The Coast has been our 'go to' for the past 20 years when we have come to Victoria (almost annually). Phenomenal location. Room was incredibly beautiful - the view was the best we have ever experienced. Wonderful service. The only negative was 1 elevator was down so the wait time was sometimes long. We took the stairs (and on the 10th floor, that was a sweat!) However, would always come back 100% everytime. Location, location, location! (And the hotel is rooms were beautiful.)

Rooms were ok, aside from that for the amount of money you pay there werent many perks We showed up over an hour past our checkin time and our room wasnt ready. We were offered free parking but the money paid for parking never got refunded on my credit card. One of the elevators werent working making it hard to use the elevator at all since it was always busy. The parking elevator quit working while we were there and without any stair access to the parking area forced me to walk out and around to get back into the building. The cleaners cleaned our room but never emptied the garbages or changed our towels. We had to go find them the next day and ask for this to be done You would think for the cost of the room that you would have recieved a breakfast voucher or discount at the very least and parking should be included in my opinion. There should have been something offered for all the issues that happened during our stay

PRO Nice staff, good bathroom/water pressure. Bidet a plus, Pool was nice but only 4 ft deep. Close to fisherman’s wharf. CONS Elevator service interrupted trip, both the parking garage and the main elevator out constantly, had to use the stairs with aging mom not fun or desired. Room not ready at 4pm as described on site. Air conditioner in room extremely loud when starting, either get woken up or have no AC. television and programming very old, usually I do not care about TV but this service was laughable. With all the choices in Victoria I wouldn’t stay here again.
