Drug dealings going on in the parking lot and rooms. People up all night making noise. Someone, not from the office, called me on the room phone at 2 am two times! Looking for their cell phone. The drug dealers were taking up parking spaces for guests. It was my worst experience ever. I heard from someone who lives in Ventura this Hotel is used for homeless people and there were homeless hanging out there.

Everything about the property was fine. It’s not a 5star, but rather a motel6. Clean, decent, easy check in. Too many sketchy people hanging around though.
