The room was very old and small. We needed a plumber to come in and fix the shower. The bathroom sink was very old and had very little water flow.

The night staff was great and friendly. But the noise both day and night was unreasonable. The bathroom sink was clogged, the pillows were like hard sacks of potatoes, the shower kept going from too hot to too cold intermittently and the morning staff was dismissive and uncaring. The breakfast was really bad…powdered eggs, greasy sausage and when I asked for butter for toast, they responded, “we are out of butter.” I mean….people paid for this crappy breakfast. Go to the store and get some butter for their pancakes! What the heck? I’d not stay there again. Too bad. Because the property is really pretty. Could be a great place. But managment clearly doesnt care about it.

Comfortable bed but bathroom was poor

The room was good EXCEPT the bathroom. Toilet seat was loose and the toilet sits so low that I had to use the sink to pull myself up into a standing position. There also was no shower curtain or door and the bathroom got very wet when taking a shower. The bed was very comfortable however

We enjoyed our stay. One small criticism: please do not continue to use the very small soap. It melts in the shower and is difficult to hang onto. A more substantial bar of soap or a liquid in a tube would be easier to use.

Wont come back

The beds were extreamly uncomfortable, we all woke up with neck or back stiffness. At 9 am we were still sleeping and room service asked for our towels waking us up. We heard everything down the hallway, just wasnt a great experince.
