Other summertime activities include hiking at the various lakes and ridges in the area. Come winter, the ski lovers will have unlimited ways to make the most of fresh powder with easy access to Sugar Bowl (eight miles) and Boreal (six miles). Not to mention, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are also great ways to experience great trails. Plus, a day trip to Truckee or Lake Tahoe is just 16 and 25 miles away respectively (15-minute drive by car).

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
