Nice place- quiet, well decorated, and clean. Standard king bedroom was small- bed and desk only, so we had to put our bags on the desk. Breakfast was lackluster- tea, coffee, packaged bagels and English muffins, yogurt, and 2 types of cold cereal. They have valet parking but you can also park on the street for free from (I think it's) 6pm to 9am or pay for 3 hr meters during the day. The only frustrating part about that is that the majority of shops and the mall don't open until 10 or 11 so you can't immediately do something nearby when you move the car.

Staff were nice; room was reasonably okay. Sketchy neighborhood; stale champagne for $17 upon arrival; no water except for a dispenser on the first floor. I doubt I would return for the price.

Very nice hotel in the center of Santa Rosa, walking distance to a great many bars and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast bar and 24 hour coffee service in the lobby. Room was very well appointed with a very comfortable bed.

The place is great in a superb location. The only hiccup was that the internet turned our access off for "suspicious" behavior numerous times for no apparent reason. The desk folks claimed no one had complained previously and said they would track it down when we surfaced the issue.

The area was fun with plenty of shops and restaurants. Not far from the train station, but you do need to walk under the freeway. Nice staff with a nice selections of wines in the bar. The staff provided coupons for tastings at wineries in the area. Will definitely be back.

We loved this hotel! Check-in was quick and convenient, and valet was smooth. The rooms were well furnished and beds were super comfortable. It is easily walkable to tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. Also, I should note that the staff were very helpful when I learned that I accidentally reserved two nights instead of three. They were quick to let me know when I was out and about and booked the third night right away. Great place, and I’d love to return next time I’m in Santa Rosa!

The good: Staff was friendly and room/bathroom were exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable. The wine bar downstairs was a nice place to unwind. Why I docked a star: housekeeping was uneven; sometimes i got a bathma, sometimes hot; sometimes I got a bar of soap, sometimes not. The sink had a faulty drain stop mechanism (I rigged up something so I could wash a shirt) and then I discovered that the sink had a bad leak when the basin was filled. I didn't want to deal with it and putting a trash bin under the pipe was an easy solution. The noise level was quite bad at times. Huge private event at the place next door kept me up as did early morning garbage/delivery truck(s), leaf blowers, random street noise. I'd seek a room on an upper floor near the back next time. The breakfast offerings were slim. Full-sugar yogurt, mandarins, cellophane-wrapped bagels. The little muffins were good but if you wanted fruit or protein you had to go elsewhere.
