Good value for the money, quiet and comfy beds. However, the bed sheet didn’t cover the entire mattress leaving about 3 feet of the mattress uncovered.

Good area. Got reservation wrong which was disappointing. SO NOISY. 8AM on a Saturday and the gardener is blowing down the entire property. Thin walls—you can hear all conversation let alone a leaf blower. Daylight came from under the door and through all curtains. Bed not comfy, toes kicked metal frame on floor every time you got into bed making more noise. “Cheap” for Santa Barbara but no comfort, no quality. Location good though if you want to rough it for a night—you just won’t leave rested.

Disliked: Amenities
i liked the fact that its very central and near a whole lot of stores and restaurants
Was perfect. Great location, gas station across street, seven eleven behind, and a coffee restaurant half of block. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach, SB mission, Highway, and downtown so close by. Lobby guys were so nice. Orlando was very helpful and friendly.
Walkable, decent price. Chain hotels were almost double the price of the stay here. Would stay again if needed.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, but the room was terrible. We literally had three throw pillows on our bed as sleeping pillows. I had to ask the front desk for a proper pillow and still only received a child size pillow. The bed was on top of some contraption that was tin and every time I moved in the evening it woke both me and my husband. There is no counter space in the bathroom. Tried using the blow dryer and found it wasn’t working (yes, tried everything including resetting). We were looking for a reasonably priced stay but it wasn’t worth it. Was supposed to stay two days, left after the first. Management needs to upgrade facilities. Didn’t use the pool, but it did look very good from afar.
Bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived and inspected the room (shower was still wet, opened bar soap on the sink, and the toilet was unflushed). Room was on the first floor, but could clearly and loudly hear guests in room above. Moderately comfortable stay overall, but unhappy with the points above.

You get what you pay for being one of the cheaper places in the area.just needed a place to stay for a night. Staff was good and room was clean but definitely had that dingy old motel smell that wouldn't leave the room. Hits you in the face when ever you enter. Tried leaving all the windows and doors open but no luck.
A quiet, well managed property on State Street, walkable to the SB Public Market which is a great upscale food court—also near plenty of shopping. A short drive to the harbor and beach. They also have a little snack shop in the lobby…Very pleasant and nice people.Would stay here again.
