Good Place to Stay

The room was clean and well maintained. The mattress was hard but we were able to sleep OK. We would stay again but bring a mattress topper. The staff was very friendly.

The staffs are not friendly or helpful at all. The way she talks to me was very rude. Most places check in is 3:00. But this place is 4:00. After driving for 5 hours, we got there at 2:45 pm. They said our room was not ready. But gave us keys to our room and said to wait until the room is ready. So we waited in our car in front. I can see where our room was from where we parked. And I did not see the cleaning lady or cart in front of our room. So at 3:30 I went in and checked if it’s ready and she said not yet. But still I see no one cleaning it.The room was probably ready but they wouldn’t let us go in until 4:00. From all my stays at different hotels, most let you check in early if the room is ready. Why make us wait until 4:00 when clearly it’s was ready. Other than the rude check in lady, the room is nice and clean.

The room was very spacious bigger than what i thought it provided a full kitchen excellent for bigger families that are traveling and need to cook a meal and cannot afford to eat out all day . Relaxing garden and pool. Very quiet all night definitely will stay again

No real complaints except there isn't enough parking at night. We went out on a Saturday night and returned to our room a little after midnight and the lot was full. We had to park in the alley, which was not too far away, and the office said we could park there. Other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay here again
