Staff very courteous. In room coffee should be packaged coffee dropped into hot water. What is provided now is messy. Better yet, provide coffee (thermos) in lobby- Much, much better. No towel bars! Not good with small counter space taken up by stacks of towels Plenty of wall space to accommodate them. Possibly an oversight by contractor? Owners aware of this?

After waiting 40 minutes for my luggage I went to valet and got it myself. TV streaming kept restarting tv and their were many homeless people laying all over the sidewalks at the lobby entrance and yelling, very uncomfortable.
