The stay was quite good. We liked the fresh, beachy decor of the inn. The sunny breakfast room was a delight with its floor to ceiling windows. We walked to the pier and downtown.

The room and check-in staff were lovely. Unfortunately there are only 8 very small parking spaces and 1 handicap accessible space for a 9 room hotel! The reservation conformation does indicate 1 car per hotel guest, which technically it can't even accomodate. Clearly guests to do follow this rule as both us and another room guest did not have a parking space when we returned in the evening. Hotel staff are not onsite in the evenings and no one answered the after hours phone. There is no street parking in the immediate area so we parked blocking other vehicles w/a note to call us if they need to move. Which did occur. In the morning the hotel clerk was rude and unappologetic about the situation. She then proceeded to offer other guests walking in the free breakfast and ignored me and did not offer me the breakfast. In theory this is a lovely spot with delicious perks such as wine and cookies upon arrival and breakfast included in a great location, as long as you aren't driving.

We loved EVERYTHING about this sweet boutique hotel except the front desk staff :( They were not very friendly during check in. Also, the same vibe in the morning during breakfast. They seemed “bothered” by food/coffee requests from us and other guests. The gentleman at night, was awesome!!!! The rooms were SO nice and the bed was so comfortable. Location was perfect. So the vibe didn’t really ruin our trip and our opinion about this hotel. Would stay here again for sure.

This is a beautiful cottage. We really enjoyed staying here. The decor is beautiful rather beachy and the rooms are very nicely done super super clean within walking distance of restaurants and shops and the harbor. Breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed it in the sunroom. The only caveat I would say is if you’re staying here be aware there’s a lot of stairs
