They jack hammered the swimming pool at 8:55 AM. Couldn't hear yourself talk. We left for the day and came back at 5:30 and they were taking out the piaster and it was very dusty. I did get a credit from the hotel for the inconvenience. The room we stayed in was renovated and very nice. They are working on the other side renovating all the rooms. When it gets done it will be very nice.

Place is under construction and very noisy during the day. And the people in the room next to ours were also very noisy at night - the rooms have no sound insulation between them. Will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

There was a serious security and safety issue during our recent stay. Their WiFi was down so they couldn’t give us our own key to open our room. We had to ask the front desk to open the door for us whenever we wanted to get back into the room. When we requested our room to be unlocked at the front desk, the door was opened before we even had a chance to park on Saturday evening. As we approached, we saw an unidentified individual—a young Asian boy—leaving our room. Additionally, our dog ran outside, and no staff members attempted to stop him. We had to rush out of our car to retrieve him, which was both stressful and dangerous. This incident raises several serious concerns: * We had no way of knowing whether someone entered our room before we arrived. * Regardless of any system issues, it is completely unacceptable and unsafe to unlock a guest’s room without verifying their identity. * If pets are allowed at this hotel, there should be additional precautions in place to prevent incidents like this. We are deeply disappointed by this lack of security. When we brought this to the start members attention, we were told to wait to speak to a manager on Monday. When we tried to speak to the manager on Monday they said they still weren’t at the property and there were no actions taken to address our concerns. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

Unable to reach front desk when call was disconnected tried several times. No key wifi down had to find someone to get into room each time. No receipt at front desk, said would rec still don’t have . Bad over all ! Very disappointed.

Clean, quiet and spacious rooms for the price. Water pressure in the shower could of been better though and the agent in the morning was kind of rude, but the agent that checked us in later was amazing. Other than that I'd stay here again.
