The fan was filthy with fuzzy dirt on the ceiling fan, bathroom floor was dirty (our clean feet got dirty from walking on the floor in the room) The bed was super squishy and a dip in the middle like someone didn’t move for days off the bed…..beds were old. The patio was so small you can’t really move around. We could hear the toilet being flushed next door and upstairs someone was walking and woke us up at 5 am. Very dissatisfied for the price. The property is located across from the beach, and convenient stores and shopping centers are also just minutes away by car, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful, understanding, and accommodating. They offered complimentary fruit and wine in the lobby, and a free breakfast was included. The room itself was nice and clean. It also had a small balcony, which was a pleasant feature.

Very nice hotel and excellent location. Happy hour was really nice, and pool was the cleanest and most refreshing I've seen. Lovely! Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was just standard American hotel--lots of mediocre food. Sometimes I wish these hotels would just contract with a local bakery to offer coffee, fruit, and some high quality baked good rather than loads of mediocre food.

This hotel was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an emergency and had to extend our stay. The staff helped us with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms and dining room were very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It could have been a pleasant stay, if not for the disastrous shower experience. The water pressure was excessively high—so strong that it felt like it was cutting into my skin. Additionally, the shower door made an uncomfortable, loud noise every time it was opened or closed, which added to the discomfort.
