Lights and plugs in half of room didn’t work. I reported it twice and got no response. Front desk clerk was on a phone call for 30 minutes and ignored me and another guest. Room smelled musty and beds were not comfortable. Certainly not worth the $300 I was charged. Do not recommend.

Hotel was nice and clean and excellent location. Downside was we were located right in front of the pool and people stayed in the hot tub chatting til nearly 11:30pm and it was loud. Otherwise great stay

They just updated their front lobby. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice feature. Great deal in Santa Barbara for your money!

Staff were very polite, cheerful and accommodating. Everything was clean and in good order with a comfortable bed and unique shower. Breakfast is a nice plus.

First time staying here and although we only stayed for 1 night we enjoyed it very much. The stay included breakfast which was good and had a variety of options. Friendly staff from Oswaldo and Jasmin. They were both very friendly and helpful. My daughter and her dad got in the pool and although it wasn’t a hot day the pool was heated enough where it wasn’t too cold, just right. The room was spacious and clean as well, only complaint was the shower, it didn’t have a sliding door or anything to close, which was weird to us. Overall we felt safe and comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Overall a pretty good experience but the only thing was out TV did not work at all and would only show one channel. It would not even let me login to Netflix. When speaking to front desk she stated that the TV issue was throughout all the rooms and that they were getting tech support but not until following day. Also we were on second floor and tenants above us were so loud with stomping.
