Offers great perks of happy hour for members. Every day they creatively put together events for guests to enjoy their stay. Everything was clean and enjoyed the newly renovated rooms. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

Nice hotel but we had several concerns: 1) the toilet kept running most of the night; 2) we noticed that someone dropped cereals in the elevator and it was never cleaned. Our observation reveal the present of the cereal was never clean. It was there at our departure after three days; and 3) the ice machine was located in a separate corridor secured by a door. That’s a good thing. But needs a sign or something indicating you need a key to re enter the corridor. Otherwise is was a great stay

My stay was booked through Hotels.com using the PayLater option. My confirmed price was $2703.69 and I was ultimately charged $3091.40 by the hotel, a difference of $387.71 more. My stay was in June and to date am still unable to get this overpayment refunded through efforts with Hotels.com Regardless of where the mistake was made, it's frustrating and would have appreciated if both sides could have worked on this in a more timely manner.

We booked a room with two queen size beds at this hotel because there were three people staying in the room. Firstly, whoever was at the front desk, he was not only very flippant but also very, very slow to get anything done. Second, the room we got was on the fourth floor, but the elevator only reached to the third floor. We had to haul all of our luggage all the way to our room with no help. Additionally, the only way to get to the room was through an outdoor hallway that faced just a massive rock mountain. Finally when we got to our room (after all the waiting and inconveniences of getting to the room), we were met with a single king bed instead of our reserved double queen beds. Apparently this was the only room available, and they were trying to scam us of our room by telling us they had what we wanted and instead giving us another and tried making up for it by offering to bring us a cot for an extra bed. Overall, just a poor poor experiences with absolutely no transparency in the worker.

The pet area was in disrepair, gate and fence were broken. A large animal left his bowel movement just outside the fence, next to parking. If you say you have a pet area, you should have more than just dirt. There is a dog park in the Laguna Lake park, not within walking distance. The spa was cold in the evening.

The breakfast was just ok. Too much like frozen defrosted food. The bed was the worst I've ever slept on. It was too hard for me. The people upstairs walked around so much and it was so loud. The floors creaked too much. We made a call to the office once at 6am.
