The do not tell you that you cannot have your room serviced unless you stay 3 nights. They also failed to bring up more towels. The female Hispanic manager was rude and condescending. They are booked because flights are being canceled. As such, they project entitlement and have poor customer service.

Very clean room. This hotel is very close to the airport, and I expected it to be noisy. However, the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and a good night’s sleep was had by all!
