⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant stay at Hyatt Place San Jose Downtown! The hotel is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Nick at the front desk. He handled my check-in flawlessly while also bartending — very professional and friendly. Outstanding service! This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever business or pleasure brings me back to downtown San Jose.

Paid $45 for parking when I checked in. I attended an event the night I checked in and drive my car to the event. When I arrived back at the hotel, there was absolutely no parking left. I drove throughout the parking garage for over an hour. I had to park in a parking garage a mile away and pay an additional $40. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why would you sell so many parking passes that goes over the maximum parking stalls!?! What a scam!
