Our reservation included a request for an extra bed, which was offered on the website. When we arrived, the man at the desk said that they didn't have extra beds. It took several trips to the front desk, and raising the issue to a higher level, before they agreed that they do, in fact, have extra beds. It then took 3 hours of them saying, "it's on its way" before we finally got it.

Recieved an early check-in for free. Just call in advance. Only bad thing when we got in our room soap was used, apple peels in the trash. Orher than that it was great location was perfect on and off the freeway 101. Near Levi stadium
