First night we stayed there, the heat wasn't working so we froze all night. Took two trips from maintenance to fix it. There is very little hot water..takes 20-25 minutes to reach the tap. Second time we stayed there, same thing, very little hot water. Couldn't shower. Tower 3 both times.

We have stayed here before. This is right across the street from the cruise ships, very convenient, very friendly staff and very clean. Dom at concierge ( or information desk) was very nice and kind, he gave restaurant information, etc.
