4.5/5. This building is in a fantastic location and the unit is in good shape. Fans are provided but there is no A/C and it's a center unit which meant there was no cross-breeze which made it hot and stuffy at night. Obviously, this is only an issue if SD is experiencing warm and muggy weather when you stay. Other than that, this property is where you want to be for a fun beach week.

Very comfortable

Despite rain and a power outage in the neighborhood, we enjoyed our 5 day stay. The location is perfect and the condo very comfortable and well equipped. The property mgr responded immediately when we needed more coffee mugs and filters.

Great Stay on the Bay!!!

This was the perfect property for families and since they have units right next to each other it made it east. Check in process was simple. There were lots of towels, Dishes, and items needed for the stay. Enough room for everyone to sit on the patio and enjoy the bay. It was a quick walk to the beach side and there is a corner store right on Mission. They were so helpful when I called and needed assistance. Great People!!!! Can’t wait to do it again.

Great location

This is a great location, love being on the ground floor with direct access to the bay! Great for paddleboarding and biking! Guest beds need to be updated, they both dip in the center and feel like you’re sleeping on cardboard, there’s also no AC but they had plenty of fans! Condo was well stocked with essentials!
