Historical Oasis in Gaslamp San Diego

This historic hotel is gorgeous and there is so much to admire. I could have spent an entire day along just in the little courtyard and have been completely satisfied. It felt like a little time capsule and there was a lot of historical touches/ artifacts throughout the hotel! I would definitely come back when in the Gaslamp District of SD!

Cute old restored hotel with all the charms of old

Cute older restored hotel. Fairly small room. Located in downtown where things like Petco Park and navy museums can be walked. Felt safe. Item that needs to be more clear through Hotels.com is parking. (Good luck with pay public, and for the hotel to park your car, it will be just under $60 each night.) San Diego is so much fun, and has many things to do, but the parking is so so bad. hard to park by beaches and depending on where you're at to park most places will cost you extra money. Just plan on a extra money for parking and go and enjoy. (Don't be surprised)

Gaslamp gem

Beautiful historic hotel in the Gaslamp. Very well kept for its age with polite attentive staff, clean rooms, and comfortable bed. Room was well-appointed, unexpectedly quiet despite its CBD location. We were treated to drinks at the Salt + Whiskey hotel bar - a beautiful historic space in and of itself. Would definitely return!

Wonderfully beautiful boutique property, absolutely loved the experience and balcony attached to the room. While we knew this was an older property, some of the bathroom fixtures had green rust build up and the carpet in the hallways smelled. However The open courtyard is amazing and the staff was genuinely nice and very helpful.
