I booked a deluxe 1 king bed room and they gave away my room which I paid for and gave me a standard 2 double bed room. They also claimed they would give me free parking for the inconvenience which was false because my card didn’t even work for it I still had to pay. Just a terrible experience.

I was not impressed with my stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. The shower setup was outdated, a bathtub with a curtain instead of a proper walk-in shower, which felt pretty underwhelming for a hotel at this level. The overall cleanliness also left a lot to be desired; the room didn’t feel well maintained, and the windows were so dirty you could barely see through them. The location is good and convenient for getting around San Diego, but that alone didn’t make up for the experience. On top of that, self-parking is extremely expensive. Overall, it didn’t feel like good value for the price.
