Room Smelt like an Ashtray!

The room was a very nice king bed. Everything was nice, except the room smelt like an ashtray. It was supposed to have been a nonsmoking room. It was hard to get comfortable with this smell. I checked in late and was tired; otherwise, I would have asked to move.

Best place in the area where cost and type of hotel are paramount. This is a newer hotel but built in a space available for the area. Easy access to I-5, Seaworld, Mission Beach, and Downtown. May not be a place to be seen, but does the job. Restaurants at the intersection (including McD, In&Out) and dog park 5 min away. This is the type of place you drive in and night and drive out to what you want to do for the day. If you’re normal, frugal, no fuss, want a comfortable bed/hot shower over instagramable/ be seen spot; then this fits the bill.

The inside of the hotel is nice or what to be expected for the price point. There is limited parking however, you get there early or on time you should have no problem securing a parking spot. The area around the property is questionable no sidewalk really it’s kind of squished in between industrial/by the freeway.
